Rules of use
Terms of Service
These terms explain the current one-time report and how any future enabled AI service or existing membership rights are handled.
Effective: 31 August 2026
1. Agreement, operator and age
By using DynastyMind, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service operator is MELBMARKETING PTY LTD; business registration: 98 690 946 055; contact: info@melbmarketing.com. To protect personal safety, this website does not publish the operator's residential or street address. For lawful service or business verification, contact that email first or use the official Australian business registers.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter this agreement where you live. People under 18 must not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
DynastyMind currently offers a self-reflection scenario assessment, historical strategy parallels and automated deep reports. AI counsel is offered only when the product clearly shows it as available; a reference to a future feature on a legal page does not mean that feature can currently be purchased. Archetypes and historical parallels are prompts for reflection; they do not mean that you are a historical figure or prove a fixed personality, fate, capability or future result.
The assessment and AI output are not psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, or medical, legal, tax, investment, employment or other professional advice. Verify important or high-stakes decisions and consult an appropriately qualified professional. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable content. You remain responsible for how you use outputs and for your final decisions.
3. Permitted and prohibited use
- Use the service only for lawful personal reflection and decision preparation;
- Do not use it to harm, deceive, threaten, stalk, discriminate, harass, control or infringe another person's rights;
- Do not bypass payment, usage, access-control or safety measures, scrape at scale, reverse engineer or disrupt the service;
- Do not submit material you have no right to use, impersonate others or present AI output as professional findings.
4. One-time deep reports
A one-time purchase unlocks only the report or access stated at checkout. The final price, currency, tax and delivery scope are shown clearly before payment.
Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, a one-time report does not include ongoing AI counsel or future content. Refunds follow the Refund Policy and non-excludable consumer rights.
5. Membership offered in future or already held
This section applies only if membership is clearly offered in your current experience or your account already holds a membership; its presence on this legal page is not an offer of a new membership. The monthly plan costs A$24.90 and renews monthly. For 7 days after first sign-in, the new-member annual price is A$99.90; after that period, the standard annual price is A$199.90. These prices include GST for Australian purchases. Annual plans renew yearly. Both plans continue until cancelled. The first charge, billing interval and next renewal date are displayed before confirmation; we do not use pre-ticked consent or conceal renewal terms.
Whether billed monthly or annually, membership benefits refresh monthly. Each monthly benefit period includes one deep report normally sold separately for A$19.90; Australian purchases include GST. Membership also includes up to 30 main counsel consultations and up to 2 related follow-ups for each main consultation. Unused consultations expire at the end of each monthly benefit period and do not roll over. Several fragments sent to frame one issue may be treated as one main consultation. A technical failure that delivers no answer does not consume a consultation; a request refused for violating safety or use rules may count toward abuse limits.
You can cancel before the next renewal through the Stripe customer portal or support channel provided at launch. Cancellation stops future renewals; unless law or the Refund Policy requires otherwise, paid access normally continues to the end of the current billing period.
We will give reasonable advance notice of a material price or core-benefit change. You can cancel before a new price takes effect.
Membership is not unlimited. The website, result page and checkout must show the same monthly allowance, follow-up scope and safety limits without replacing the real allowance with vague wording.
6. Payments and tax
Once paid access is enabled, Stripe-hosted checkout processes payment. You authorise Stripe and its payment partners to charge the selected purchase or subscription. DynastyMind does not receive full card numbers or security codes.
You must provide accurate checkout details. All prices are charged in AUD, and Australian purchase prices include GST. Outside Australia, the operator collects local consumption tax only after a local registration threshold is lawfully met and the required tax registration is completed; no local consumption tax is collected before registration. Stripe shows applicable tax at checkout based on the purchase address and the operator's configured tax registrations.
7. Availability, changes and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service, but models, third-party APIs, maintenance and events outside our control may cause delay or interruption. We may limit or suspend access for security, compliance or abuse prevention and explain why where reasonably possible.
If we discontinue a paid service, we will provide an appropriate remedy for undelivered value under the Refund Policy and applicable law. You may stop using the service and cancel future renewals at any time.
8. Intellectual property and your content
DynastyMind's brand, interface, original copy, expression of its scoring methods and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms grant only a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the service.
You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted content and grant us the limited permission needed to provide, protect and improve the service you request. A third-party model's processing is also governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
9. Consumer rights, responsibility and disputes
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation applies only to the extent the law permits.
Checkout countries or regions: Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, Singapore. Governing law and dispute venue: Victoria, Australia / 澳大利亚维多利亚州. Public sales require a completed region-specific legal review, and these Terms do not reduce mandatory user rights.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for service, legal or security changes. We will give reasonable advance notice of changes materially adverse to a paid subscription; you can stop use or cancel future renewal before continuing.
